- 1. CANCELLATION BY YOU
You may cancel your booking by informing us in writing or through email/phone. Cancellation charges will apply as per the timeline below:

- 2. CANCELLATION BY US
In rare situations, we may cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, or operational issues).
- If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.
- We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you (e.g., visa fees, insurance, non-refundable flights, etc.).
- 3. REFUND POLICY
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during booking.
- Bank charges or payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
- 4. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
- Flight/train tickets once issued.
- Visa fees, travel insurance, and other third-party services.
- Any services not utilized during the trip.
- 5. MODIFICATION POLICY
Date changes or modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Modifications must be requested at least 7 days prior to the travel date.
